Luke Blose - Co-Founder & Director of Business Development
Luke is the Co-Founder and Director of Business Development at Isthmus Geo Labs. He specializes in combining strategic insight with technical understanding to help clients navigate complex geospatial challenges. Luke leads initiatives that align cutting-edge geospatial technology with real-world business needs. His passion lies in bridging the gap between client goals and efficient, scalable solutions—ensuring every project is delivered with integrity, adaptability, and a commitment to quality.
Luke is an avid outdoorsman, and during off hours, can often be found bowhunting, fishing, or hiking with his fiance.
Adam Schreiner - Co-Founder & Director of Operations
Adam is the Co-Founder and Director of Operations at Isthmus Geo Labs, where he works closely with clients to ensure that every project is tailored to meet specific goals, combining technical expertise with a collaborative approach. He has extensive experience in telecommunication engineering, leveraging GIS to optimize network planning, infrastructure development, and operational efficiency.
When not talking GIS, Adam can be found rooting for Wisconsin sports teams or exploring the greater-Madison area with his wife and daughter.
